My philosophy when working with children is Individual Child Centered Play Therapy, (CCPT). I also prefer Person-Centered Counseling with integration when working with adolescents to meet each unique individual where they are when they first attend therapy, and to continue building a working alliance that encourages learning and healing throughout the duration of the therapeutic relationship.

I offer in-person therapy appointments. I am available Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, and have longer hours on Tuesdays for afternoon appointments
